Hotel a Captiva Island

“Resort molto bello ma eccessivamente caro per ciò che offre. Camere piccole, con spazio sacrificato in favore di sala e cucina. La spiaggia è di sassolini e conchiglie nel bagnasciuga e abbiamo trovato mare torbido con alghe in spiaggia e un’infinità di insetti volanti neri sia in spiaggia che in piscina davvero fastidiosi. Non abbiamo ricevuto i vantaggi previsti dalla prenotazione come Gold level neppure su esplicita richiesta. In generale il resort è adatto a famiglie e ad amanti di sport...

“The resort was clean and quiet and all I hoped it would be for a few days getaway. The staff was attentive and kind. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Room was fully equipped, I had issues with Parking. In ad it said Parking on site included in price, or off-site for $20/ day. We parked vehicle on Grounds and didn't move it for 4 Days but was charged $80 anyways. Nice that Everything is Available on site, food, bars, Beach chairs, shopping, coffee. Restaurant on roof has good food and Breakfast was nice. Other Issue: Our Room was on 5th floor. Next floor up is Sky Deck/ Bar/ Restaurant/ Lounge: Kinda Loud noise coming Through the Ceiling. “Everything was absolutely perfect for our stay here and the staff was the most helpful. Our condo had everything we needed for our stay. Loved having a fully equipped kitchen for cooking breakfast. Truly taken care of down to the smallest details like laundry detergent and extra garbage bags. 10/10 we cannot wait to come back!!!”

“So clean. Best view on the island. Staff was helpful. Check out the Bay Inn across the street. Sister hotel just as nice and a little more budget friendly. ”

“Overall satisfied with the property. Really nice pool and garden area. Pool was very clean and kept up. Room was smaller than pictures showed but the kitchenette was convenient. Bathroom is small. So small. And the room we were in did not have a plug in the bathroom ??? Also only other mirror in the room did not have a plug nearby. Very hard to get ready but we made it work. “Struttura esternamente nuova, con parcheggio gratuito. Nelle foto avevo visto che c era la piscina, invece era in manutenzione. Le stanze carine ma il divano letto scomodo. Nel bagno c era la lavatrice ma era tutta arrugginita, quindi non l ho usata. Top la vista sul mare. Nei dintorni qualche ristorante ma sinceramente mi aspettavo di più. Nel complesso buono ma con quel prezzo avrei scelto altro”

“The room was clean and spacious,but a little dark. The staff was kind and the breakfast ok. The location was also perfect.”

“Pool at Captiva was not heated so made for a cold swim. Couch in our room was very uncomfortable and tv connection was not great.”

“Clean and modern apartment and we stayed on first floor. Walking distance to beach with hot tub and pool. Not really walking distance to bars/restaurants so probably best to have a car. Worth the price.”
